Harmony equations in 3D patterns & Fractals (Solo Dual Exhibition, New York City)

Forest Hills, New York

2011 Retrospect —In the borough of Queens County, New York. I had the opportunity to have a dual showing at Crepe N Tearia, a local restaurant with various locations, in conjunction of it’s 6th year anniversary. A series titled Queen’s Gambit, one of the oldest known chess openings. Delighted to be a part of the community I exhibited digital generated designs, this taught me about the public’s connectedness. Although a different discipline from technology, the reception and feedback on the 12 designs and art works has come useful to understanding how we respond to shapes, patterns and colors in real time.

My heartfelt thanks to the residences of Forest Hills and Fresh Meadows Queens, Gloria Chen and her staff at the eatery, including Karen Clements for the exposure via local outlets and everyone who graced the openings on both nights.
